Starting from version 0.2.0 Sloppy can use Scorpio's edgame bitbases which can be downloaded here. To get Sloppy to use them, you'll need to edit the config file and set the egbb_path option to the correct folder.
If you don't already have a GUI for Sloppy I recommend Xboard/Winboard.
For Windows users there's also Arena.
