No news or updates in long time here, sorry..  After our mom died April 2005, I have been too depressed to do almost anything useful. If you smoke, stop it right now. Or maybe you should find out more about COPD.
Many of my friends know my diabetes. Im fine, but diabetes is not in 'good shape' right now.

No news updates for long time! Most shops are now moved to the new server at www.finnserver.com So this site is now mostly 'download' site. This arrangement is made, because I really like to improve the online shopping section. And keep things clearer.
I want create www.finnserver.com user friendly shopping site. No popups, no huge animations. I can't say nothing to how some online shops are done their sites, but I create description pages to tell about the shops, stores before customers enter to the shop. Small pages = short download times. Individual product descriptions with direct order links. If you have any ideas or comments tell me!

I've been a bit quiet lately, having so much other things to do, like printing out about 4000 pages of windows functions for making them my personal reference library.
I am now about half-way to updating link pages -section in this site. I get a dsl-connection to the net so it is much easier update pages now.
After that it is perhaps time to add 'buy-now' feature to my games in this site.

About me (who is this?):

  I was born in Espoo on the 1973. In '70s we reside in city of Espoo. Somewhere in early of '80s we moved to city of Kauniainen. Both of the cities are located near of the capital city of Finland, Helsinki. In 1988 we moved to Askola. It is located near the city of Porvoo, about 120 km east from Helsinki. Couple of years in '90s we reside in Porvoo. 1994 we moved back to small 'village' or town in Askola. Many residents be engaged here in agriculture. Sure here are other industrial as well.

Why programming?

  To the year 1998 I worked in the flag industry. Mostly making there advertising flags and banderoles, also a national flags. All that give me a great experience from many different line of the work, like a graphics design and the screen printing industry overall.

  In 1998 I must quit that job. Since that there has been hard to find job. And diabetes I got late of 1997, did not make it any easier. 
Over an year later, after I get ill I started looking for the programming.
That was just idea. I try now study programming, mostly game programming related. Hopefully it helps to find job in someday and more hope, work which 'can made at home'.

  And I really need to DO something! Computers are familiar somewhere from the early '90's, so this feel good idea in this case.

Why games?

  It really need to start from somewhere. Who knows, maybe next project is some 'business/commercial'-software that makes me a millionaire!
That we will be see in future. ; ) (Yeah, right)
No, really. Game programming is maybe hardest to learn, including so many categories and levels.

And today?

A lot of happened after 2003 in my life after last updated these texts. It's now May 2008...

Our loved mom died at april 2005. Years after diagnosed COPD caused by smoking. Almost anyone who smoke gigarettes have some degree of that horrifying disease...
We lived together and I take care of him his last years with greatful help with her good friend and hosptal staff. Thank you all... really.

 Our house left to me. I need to take lot of debt to handle taxes and so on. But you must reside somewhere anyway.

  From 2005 summer to 2007 autumn I was back to the flag-industry. Doing there large-scaled prints. You know those huge ads sometimes put on the walls of the houses. Yes they usually are made by fabric!

  Currently, unemployment again. Now I have some  time to stamp and coin collecting hobby ...

 Diabetes is not going very well now. I have some problems with legs and some signals from kidneys in last tests.

  With my own diseases, I really must have some kind of 'acrobatic skills' to manage my economy (read:income/outcome of the money).. That's the reason, why you can see there so many ads around the pages and even own "shopping site at www.finnserver.com !" and eBay-directory etc - projects ongoing. : )
All the shops / stores are 'affiliate' programs. It means, they pay small fee to me, if you buy something from their stores. Health care, "diabetic diet" and living is not free here, if you ever have believed so. I don't know the correct word, diet is a bit misleading.

 Now there are lot of work to do with updating the eBay-directory, shopping pages, link pages, etc. So the programming is now 'secondary' hobby only. However, all this keeps me busy. :)

I really hope you can find something useful (to buy) from these pages.

  What they are?

  All the texts in these pages I wrote with my almost _ perfect _ english _ writing _ skills using the dictionary.  I really hope there is any sense in the texts around here... :/ 
- But don't worry! I learn every day! : )
