Mega Patch for Sensible Soccer 2006

Thanks for trying the Mega Patch for Sensible Soccer 2006.
This patch is a combination of the most popular mods for
Sensible Soccer 2006 in one easy to use installer. It is designed
to be run after a CLEAN INSTALL of the game, (although it *may* work
fine installed over an existing installtion, but if you have problems,
try the clean install.)

This patch was made to make installing/using all the mods easier, and
incorporates Muzzer's excellent team data updates, including the "Classics"
mod. For this reason, I had to re-design a utility to help with launching
the different mods. I based this on Snader's excellent "Sensible Socks"
utility, so those of you familiar with this program will have no trouble
using the "Sensi Starter" I've made.

The patch should be very easy to install:
* Install Sensible Soccer 2006
* Install the Mega Patch
* Start the game by double-clicking the new "Sensi Starter" shortcut on your
  desktop, (or the Sensi Starter application in your install directory)
* The first time the game is run, the original Sensible Soccer "launcher" 
screen will appear. Click "Settings", and choose the graphics setting you 
want,(the Sensible Soccer 2006 "default" seems to be 640x480, so you would 
probably want to change this!), then configure your controls, and click 
"Save". Next, click "EXIT", (NOT start game!)
* You will now be back at the Sensi Starter screen, so choose the Team data 
mod, gameplay mod, and camera mod you want, and click the "Start Sensible 
Soccer 2006" button.

That's it, the relevant files and folders should all be ready to go! Now you
can use the Sensi Starter to choose your prefered gameplay/AI mod, camera 
view,
and Team Data mod. The Team Data choices are:
* Standard - (the "Standard" real-team and player names from the 
Synchronated mod)
* Classic - from Muzzer's excellent Classic Teams Mod
* Updated - from Muzzer's Team Updates Mod

The Mega Patch contains the following:

* A selection of the more popular gameplay/AI kits, including the 
EreWeGo_Muzzer_Rev1, mods from Dadiduekappa, BBS3, Crusader, EreWeGo_Muzzer 
Two Player mod, and one I made for fun called "Moon Soccer"
* A selection of the more popular Camera mods, including Original, Old 
Sensi,
  Kick Off, Less Wobble Med-High, Zoomout_Skid, my edited version of Skid's
  Zoomout 2 called "Zoom2_SKID_NoWobble", and many more.
* Ad-boards mod
* My Sound Mod and Sound Mod Add-on for better in-game atmosphere
* The Updated Teams and Classic Teams mods from Muzzer
* The Sensi Starter utility to easily select the mod you want to run

Dadiduekappa, Crusader, Synchronated, Snader, BibFortuna, Finer, Skid, 
Muzzer, Tommyboo, Coe, and anyone else I've forgotten.
A personal huge thanks from me to Muzzer and Tommyboo, without their help 
and support, and Muzzers excellent work on our AI mods and his Team Data 
mods, this patch wouldn't exist.
