Journals:

The American Institute of Physics has an Online Journal Publishing service. Pick the Journal of interest and look for the online issues. These show some mathematical models for phenomena that will blow your mind.

Taylor and Francis Journals. Education and Physics and almost any other subject. Subscription needed? They are the base for the arenas The physics/chemistry arena has a journal resources tab and from that you can select Online Journals. Nice search possibilities.  Need to be a suscriber to get more than abstracts. It is in the University of Helsinki Physics Library. Education arena. Check out the International Journal of Science Education.

Wiley and co have science journals.

The MacTutor History of Mathematics archive is an incredible source for biograpies, famous curves, and math history in general.
