Visual Physics is a collection of links from the University of Evansville. Lots of them are linked to the University of Hawaii (taiwanese VPL mirror), University of Virginia with Fowler's Physics Applets and flashlets, and the University of Oregon which is the Vlab below. Vlab: Based in the University of Oregon and has sections on Astrophysics (spectroscopy, photometry, obital mechanics, and cosmology), Energy and the environment (electricty mainly), Mechanics, and Thermodynamics. There is also a tools section that may be interesting.
