"Public Domain" DXCC134-ohjelma, joka tukee DXCC-työskentelyn kirjan- 
   pitoa. Maatiedot olen päivittänyt talvella 2009 nykytilannetta vastaavaksi,
   SRAL:n viimeisimmän DXCC-luettelon sekä ARRL:n DXCC-listauksen mukaan 
   (lisätty Montenegro, Swain Isl ja Saint Berthelemy). Alkuperäiset ohjelman tekijät
   OH2BU ja OH2DN, tiedoston DXCCMAA päivittäjä siis OH2BRH ja olen kysynyt 
   luvan ohjelman liittämiseksi kotisivuilleni kaikkien halukkaiden imuroitavaksi.
   Joitakin käyttöohjeita: Luo hakemisto ohjelmalle esim. C:\DXCC> ja kopioi
   DXCC134.ZIP-tiedosto sinne, pura ZIP-file kiintolevylle (esim. pkunzip- 
   tai Winzip-ohjelmalla) tähän hakemistoon ja aja komento DXCC.EXE ; 
   kyseessä on siis melko vanha MS-DOS ohjelma, mutta se toimii kyllä 
   Windows-ympäristössäkin (jopa uudemmilla Windowseilla XP, Vista ja 7 DOSBox-
   emulaattori-ohjelmalla)

   Download "Public Domain" DXCC134-program by OH2BU, OH2DN and OH2BRH to keep 
   the accounts of your worked and confirmed countries in DXCC. Information of 
   the countries up-to-date (winter 2009) with the SRAL:s and ARRL:s latest 
   DXCC-list (added Montenegro, Swain Isl. and Saint Berthelemy).
   Some instructions: Make a directory for the program for e. C:\DXCC> and copy 
   DXCC134.ZIP-file there, unpack ZIP-file on your hard-disk (for e. with pkunzip-
   or Winzip-program) in this directory and then run command DXCC.EXE ; this is 
   a fairly old MS-DOS program, but it works in the Windows-environment (even with 
   Windows XP, Vista and 7 with the DOSBox-emulator programme.)
