I tell something about myself. I'm a gratuated upper secondary school student from Karkku.
My favorite hoppy is learning Spanish. I studied Spanish at the upper secondary school but
I only managed to pass five course of eigth and that's why I only got the grade A. After that
I've studied Spanish by myself and improved my grade to M. In the future, I want to study Spanish language
at the University of Turku as you may guess.
I never thought I could end up to study languages but that's the way it is.
I understand English quite well but I barely can write it. I, however, studied English at the Päivölä folk high
school for a month in 2009 but it really didn't make a difference. I still can't write English properly.
I don't think it was wasted time because it was such a good experience and it made me realize that
the UK isn't that bad after all. I've always hated that country and preferred Canada of the English-speaking
countries instead. Nowadays, I like them both. In Canada, they play hockey which is one of my favorite sport
and that's main reason why I like Canada. I watch also British programs now, for example, Top Gear and the Weakest Link.
When I told I like ice hockey, it didn't mean that I play hockey. I'm only a couch potato. I like the Canadian
hockey because they invented the sport in Montréal, QC. I can't stand the American teams in the NHL as they
don't follow ice hockey that much. Besides, I hate Detroit because they call it "Hockey Town" though Montréal
is the one and only hockey town in the world. This is my opinion but I think that's the reason why they can't call
Montréal "Hockey Town". They use the slogan "This city is hockey" in Montréal and I think is a brillant idea
because it really describes the city. They are so passionate about their local team, the Montréal Canadiens
that they have CH-logos everywhere. And they should. The Habs have won the Stanley Cup 24 times and many
hockey legends have played there. It's the most storied franchise in the sport's history. That is also reason
why I fell in love with the Habs: I really want to support a team which is something.
You may think that I don't the Finnish, but that's not the case. In the early 2000s, my favorite Finnish club,
HC TPS Turku, won the championship two times in a row. I thought we are invincible forever. But after that we
began our fall. We haven't won since though in 2004 we were in the final. This season has been really good for
us so far. Some sort of experts estimated that we have one of the weakest rosters but after the first quarter
of the season, we're in the top 6. And to make myself clear I don't support TPS because they once were good
and unbeatable but because I was born in Turku.
Furthermore, Cats are close to my heart. If you want to know about our cats, click the

I like listening to the music but I can't play any instrument though I would like to. Spanish pop and rock are the
music I listen to most, for instance, Enrique Iglesias, La Oreja de Van Gogh, El Sueño de Morfeo, Amaral and Fran Perea.
By the way, if you haven't yet notice, I admire Spain and Madrid as well as Canada and Downtown Montréal.
GO HC TPS, Montréal Canadiens (The Habs) & Real Madrid C.F., GO!!!
