So, there is a company by the name hRude Gamewareh that says it CREATES gaming accessories with cheap price tags.
Could the price be cheap because they STEAL othersf ideas and designs? Nooc that doesnft sound right at all. Letfs
see if therefs ANY truth in this at all.
Here they are, demonstrating their brand new mouse with killer stats, looks and functionality. They must be really
proud of THEIR grand design. I wonder if they could tell me the designerfs name, because it IS rather fancyc?

And then we take a look at the two following pictures, both taken from facebook.
Looks to me like they just photoshopped the logo, even the reflections are exactly the samec The REAL thing
is none less than the brand new, great mouse called Ulti-mat Chill. A result of listening to what people want, and
designs made based on the feedback.
(Just so you know, you can drop by and have a chat with Ulti-matfs owner on IRC: Quakenet #www.ulti-mat.com)

Oh, and now that wefre getting started, the mouse pad they showed off in the video, is a DIRECT COPY of a long
term hit mouse pad from Ultimat. You donft need to do much detective work to see it is true, if you want to. Oh well,
since Ifm getting started, here you go:

I donft think I need to say anything. Letfs move on instead, to another very small, but really enthusiastic and innovative gaming gear designer: Mionix.
Now this is starting to adopt some rather humorous characteristics.

Gee, they just accidentally happened to make even the HIGHLY UNUSUAL weight holder exactly the same, didnft they? Oh yeah, I promised something
funny.

Oh, and you know, this mouse has a rather unusually shaped skates too.
Guess what – a computer store just happens to sell skates that fit both of them:

There you have it folks, now you know. This line of business is really hard, and designing something that actually works is not easy. Sure, there can be
copyright laws on different continents at play here, but you still shouldnft steal someone elsefs hard work, especially if itfs a small, even nearly-one-man
company that is trying hard to succeed. Laws are one thing, but some things are much worse than gjust another crimeh.
Itfs your move. . .
