Torchwood in "Doctor Who"

Are you familiar with the spin-off series "Torchwood" but not with "Doctor Who"?
Interested in knowing in which "Doctor Who" episodes Torchwood related elements (and characters) have appeared?

Jack Harkness, Toshiko Sato and the Rift were first introduced in the first season of the new "Doctor Who". Jack was a central character in five episodes in that season and a great deal about his background was revealed in the episodes in question.

The second season established the Torchwood Institute's backstory, offered clues about the scope of the organization and featured the fate of Torchwood's London base.
The second season does not (as far as I know) feature any of the lead characters from the spin-off series "Torchwood".

Martha Jones  was established as a co-traveler to the Doctor in the third season of the new "Doctor Who". This season also featured Jack's reunion with the Doctor during which Jack was first acquainted with Martha.

The Torchwood related elements are listed below by episode with a minimum  amount of spoilers:

The new Doctor Who, season 1:

1-3    "The Unquiet Dead"
The first appearance of the time/space rift in Cardiff.
The episode also featured the character Gwyneth played by Eve Myles (who was later cast as Gwen Cooper in "Torchwood").

1-4    "Aliens of London"
The first appearance of Naoko Mori as Toshiko Sato (although the character was simply referred to as "Dr. Sato" in this episode).

1-6    "Dalek"
The first appearance of "Jubilee Pizza".

1-9/1-10
   "The Empty Child"/"The Doctor Dances"

Jack is also in this episode.

1-12/1-13
   "Bad Wolf"/"Parting of the Ways"
Features the first in-series mention of the name "Torchwood".
This story has major repercussions for Jack's character arc.

Somehow I doubt Tosh is taking care of the laundry...

Roald Dahl Plass aka the Oval Basin aka Millennium Square aka the roof of our bleedin' secret installment...

The new Doctor Who, season 2:
